The good with the bad
Några var som lemurerna i ”Madagaskar”: FOSA! FOSA!
Och jag var mest: “I understand that the decisions taken today have made people upset and some people believe that it is the end of the world. This I can tell you is not the case.
Since I started here I have got some input regarding how we should optimize the organization and how we can make this a challenging and better place to work. One part of that is to hire new people like the project managers and some new software engineers; another part of it is changing some teams to make them more efficient.
This is of course not a personal issue because some times this must be done out from a business perspective. It could be because we’re changing focus on some products, we need to prepare for production managers from other countries, or don’t need as many people with a certain knowledge etcetera.
The company is still doing really fine and we are expanding as planned.”
It was still a bad day.
